To submit an application, please print out a copy and complete it. Please email the completed application to admin@willowoakfire.com. You may also deliver a completed application to Station 7, located at 18111 Co Rd 94B, Woodland. Please note this is a different location than the hall.
Willow Oak Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Willow Oak Fire Protection District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
